Registration Information and Form
Registration is required for our planning purposes as space is limited. The KHI Board of Directors is offering complimentary registration to the 7th Annual KHI Stakeholders Meeting.
Because space is limited, each KHI member organization will be given the opportunity to send up to four participants. If your organization wishes to send more than four participants a waiting list will be created on a first come, first served basis. Participants on the waiting list will be contacted by email as space becomes available.
Please register by Friday, May 10. Your participation is important to us so please contact KHI if you have any questions.
