Annual Dues
Membership dues are invoiced on an annual basis. Dues are based on the type and size of the organization, outlined in the table below. At the end of the year, KHI staff may contact your primary representative to reassess the membership dues if there was a change in size or status of your organization.

Large Organizations: Market capitalization > $3 Billion Or yearly Gross Sales > $1 Billion | $30,000 |
Medium Organizations: Market Capitalization of $250 Million to $3 Billion Or yearly Gross Sales of $50 Million to $1 Billion | $20,000 |
Small Organizations: Market capitalization < $250 million Or yearly revenue < $50 Million | $5,000 |
| Not-For-Profit Dialysis Companies | $1,500 |
| Start-Up Companies | $1,000 |
| Not-For-Profit Organizations | $750 |
| US or International Government Agency | Free |
